I love triathlon and other endurance sports, but I am a professional outside of those things. I understand what it's like to be busy and short on time. Most of us went professional in something besides sports, but that doesn't mean we can't continue to grow and thrive in sport and in life. I believe in a healthy spirit, mind, and body, and I believe a training plan which works with each individual athlete's skill and athletic level, life demands, and stresses is the best way to help athletes reach their goals in an enjoyable and safe manner. I will tailor your plan to work with where you are athletically and in life, to work with your goals, and to help you to be ready and comfortable for your race or event, all while staying healthy and not adding unnecessary stress to your life. My training plans include strength, endurance, mobility, recovery, and nutrition work, as I believe all of these things are necessary for athletic and life longevity and success. I am able to be flexible with you and to be able to help you maximize your potential, whether in athletics or in your daily life.
